By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 787win platform at 787win.club, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions that may be published on the platform from time to time. 787win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by 787win may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 787win. The operation of more than one account by any individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 787win identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be suspended and all associated balances and pending bonuses may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your 787win account. You must not share your login credentials, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 787win strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication for enhanced account security. 787win shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the account holder's failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 787win support immediately at [email protected]. 787win will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict account access pending resolution of the security concern.

• Account holders are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information, including email address and registered mobile number.
• 787win may communicate important account notices, including changes to terms, via the registered email address on file.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administrative fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 787win support. Pending withdrawals will be processed within the standard processing window following closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on 787win are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 787win supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, direct bank transfer, and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your 787win account balance subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Typical deposit processing times are immediate to thirty minutes depending on the payment method and network conditions. 787win does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is instant to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• 787win reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may delay the processing timeline.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is subject to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.
• 787win will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the account holder's name.

787win offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and ICC tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of 787win and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible account unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when settling wagers, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a bet reference number has been issued and is visible in your bet history. A bet is not confirmed until this reference is generated.
• 787win reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or game outcomes — including pricing errors, data feed errors, or platform malfunctions — 787win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at 787win's discretion, including during critical match moments.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, international T20, and Test match markets — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. No liability is accepted for third-party data discrepancies.
• Casino game results, including live dealer outcomes, are determined by the respective game provider's certified RNG or live dealer activity. 787win does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and tables, as displayed within the respective game or betting interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 787win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share live dealer information, or exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as exploitative of the platform's pricing.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 787win staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another individual, including opening an account for a minor.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 787win platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 787win content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 787win, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 787win platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss.

• 787win does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 787win shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
• Players participate in all games and betting activities at their own risk. Past performance of any game, bet type, or strategy does not guarantee future results.
• Any reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the platform is entirely at the player's own risk. 787win does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data feeds used in live betting markets.

787win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Upon account closure initiated by 787win for a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance — less any applicable deductions for voided bonus-derived funds — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of identity verification where required. 787win is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Players may voluntarily close their 787win account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 787win platform, you must first contact 787win support at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute, including your account reference, the transaction or bet ID in question, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of the complaint. 787win commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a full written response within ten business days.

787win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 787win holds its international gaming licence. By registering an account with 787win, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of 787win to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, or to pursue enforcement of any judgment or order in any jurisdiction where you may have assets.
